Thanks to the Asitzbahn ski lifts, winter sports enthusiasts can reach the starting points for the most interesting descents. Enjoy a refreshing day’s skiing and, depending upon ability and fitness, choose between family and black ski runs. 270 kilometres of extremely well maintained ski runs and breathtaking panoramas of the whole valley provide skiing pleasure for all winter sports fans. Furthermore, the stop for the ski bus is only 250 metres (3 minutes on foot) from our house. 

Experience variety on your winter holiday in Leogang, both away from – as well as on – the pistes.  A variety of sporting activities are made possible by the snow. You can enjoy snowshoe hiking, tobogganing, ice-skating, ski touring, winter hiking or an idyllic horse sleigh ride. 

You can also discover the wonderful natural landscape in and around Leogang by cross-country skiing. Make your tracks over a total of 150 km of the most beautiful and varied cross-country ski trails. The young - and young at heart – should also plan a toboggan party. The tobogganing run at Biberg, with a fantastic total length of 6km and rapid corners, is great fun. After a fun-filled sleigh ride with your friends or family, it’s best to settle down in one of the cosy lodges or restaurants and treat yourself to a mulled wine,  hunters’ tea or hot chocolate – with rum, if you’d like it!
